SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to many countries in the world, and any countries that are not available for shipping when you check out is currently under development. For more details on shipping rates and times you can learn during check out.

2. When will I receive my order?

Once your purchase has been completed, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the email address that we have on file for you. This e-mail acts as an invoice and includes your order number.

Our standard order processing time is up to five business days. However, we may need a little more time to process your orders during peak periods.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.If there is a pre-order product in your purchase, your entire purchase will be shipped out together with the pre-ordered product.For pre-order product, please refer to product description for estimated delivery date.

3. How to track my order?

You will receive an email with the tracking ID for your orders. You can click the link inside the email that will redirect you to our tracking website, you need to put the ID on the tracking bar and the tracking status will show.

1. How to order?

Take your time exploring our diverse range of products. Click on the relevant categories to discover the items you need. Use our search bar for quick access to specific products.

Once you've found the perfect item, click on it to view detailed information. Select your preferred options such as phone model or casing type. Then, click the "Add to Cart" button.

To ensure accuracy, review the items in your shopping cart. Make any necessary adjustments to quantities or remove items. Click "Proceed to Checkout" when you're ready to finalize your order.

For a seamless experience, either log in to your existing account or create a new one. This step is essential for order tracking and faster future purchases.

Provide accurate shipping details, including your delivery address. Double-check for any typos to avoid shipping issues.

2. How to know that my order goes through?

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with an order number and a summary of your purchase. This email serves as your receipt.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. How do I return or refund my order?

We have a 5-days return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SODA does not process direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience. 

Guest Orders: If an order was placed using the guest check out option, contact our team at info@soda.center to request and manage the return yourself.

PRODUCT DETAILS

1. Are the artworks used by SODA officially licensed and authentic?

Absolutely! Our aim is to connect fans and creators. Every product we sell is licensed and authentic, ensuring you get a genuine merchandise.

Ensuring the authenticity of products is crucial for building trust with customers and maintaining the reputation of our business.

2. How is is different from buying from other merchants?

While it is possible to find anime merchandise on other marketplaces, there is no guarantee that those listings are indeed official goods. SODA brand on the other hand only uses official licensed artworks on our products.

3. Do you use high resolution imagery on your products?

Yes, we only use high-resolution images on our products. That way our customers can enjoy the visual our products can offer.

4. What material that your product used?

We use high quality Polycarbonate and Thermoplastic Polyurethane to create our product. That is why our products is Shock Resistant/Absorbant.

Polycarbonate with its intrinsic qualities is a sustainable material with a minimal impact on the environment. It is fully recyclable at the end of its life.

Thermoplastic Polyurethane is also 100% recyclable and biodegradable.

PAYMENT METHOD

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Union Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at the moment.

2. Import Taxes & Duties

Some countries may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.
